Altvale is an independent software company building infrastructure for autonomous software. We distribute closed-source products and maintain open extension surfaces around them — capabilities, plugins, themes — so operators can shape the systems they run without forking the core.
Our first product is KruxOS. More will follow when they're ready, and not before.
AI agents need a governance layer between their decisions and the systems they touch. That layer should be deterministic, auditable, and operator-controllable.
It should not be inferred at runtime. It should not be best-effort. It should not depend on the model of the day.
We build that layer. The agent decides; the layer decides whether the decision becomes an action.
Closed-source product distribution. Open extension surfaces. Transparent licensing. Documented interfaces. No telemetry that isn't disclosed.
We ship slowly and on purpose. Versions are honest about their maturity — the current product release is v0.0.1, and it says so on every surface that mentions it.
We don't have customer logos, testimonials, or a careers page. When those are real, they'll appear here.
Three direct paths. No contact form, no chatbot.
